I had Roof Tech put on a new roof back in September 2018 due to hail damage. They were wonderful, provided the best service, I highly recommended them! So when hail once again damaged my roof this past April 2023, my first call was to Roof Tech. Unless they improve their customer service, NEVER again will I call them! First, I have their original phone number, left a voice mail stating I requested an estimate. No call back after 4 days. I then found 3 other phone numbers for them.
