Nothing cures sadness quite like tacos, am I right?? Came here with the bestie for some foodie therapy and left totally healed. This location has been many different restaurants over the years. I’m not quite sure when Roof Taco opened however what I loved was how they opened up the top floor and gave us roof access! I don’t think any of the past restaurants have taken advantage of that. Let me start this review with something positive. This establishment is very esthetically pleasing. Now it doesn’t bypass the inconsistency in the service . 1. Arriving a little after 4:10pm and asking for rooftop sitting and being told that the rooftop isn’t available until 4.. awesome 2. Not all seating have umbrellas . Was a little afraid to come here due to the other reviews but the rooftop looked very inviting. The staff made sure we were covered and even added another umbrella so we wouldn’t be hit by the sun. Several different staff members came by to check on us. The drinks were strong and good. The food was pretty good. The place is beautiful and clean. Overall, I would come back here again. My only con is that it took a little long for the appetizer to come out and to get the check. Really nothing that is a huge issue though.
