I spoke to James on the phone. Sounded like a great guy. Asked me to send a few pictures of the roof and siding. I sent him about 10 pictures. We agreed on a price and I took off the day of work for their arrival. Moved everything away from the house to make it easier. They never showed up! I called 4-5 times over the next few days along with multiple emails. NOT ONE RESPONSE. I don't understand what happened.
