We were given the wrong shingles, and unfortunately, they don’t offer refunds. It’s frustrating that they don’t provide the correct shingles or inform us that they don’t have the ones we need. Instead, they seem more interested in selling us something else. I would expect employees here to be more knowledgeable about shingles than I am. Good bang for your buck! I did get some shingles delivered that were defective… I was disappointed to say the least but let’s face it, life is life and sometimes products that are manufactured in mass quantities are bound to have a defect at some point. “It’s not if, it’s when” put simply.
