Roof source has been my go to budget shingle supplier for almost 10 years now. Anytime I’m working an insurance claim and the insurance doesn’t provide enough coverage for the customer then I’m usually able to find an economy class shingle in their inventory that allows me to provide an option within my customers budget. Great customer service. Can’t say enough nice things about their team. So I’ll just say I appreciate yall. Thank you.
Literally just got off the phone with these guys looking for a specific shingle. They didn’t have it, which is totally fine. What’s not fine is the attitude of the guy I spoke with — he abruptly hung up on me before he could barely finish his sentence. Definitely won’t be getting my business in the future, no matter what.
We were given the wrong shingles, and unfortunately, they don’t offer refunds. It’s frustrating that they don’t provide the correct shingles or inform us that they don’t have the ones we need. Instead, they seem more interested in selling us something else. I would expect employees here to be more knowledgeable about shingles than I am.
