I left a review a few days ago and received a response from the company with an unprofessional attitude, all because they did not agree with a review. Yesterday morning, it began to rain, first hard rain in several months. To my surprise, water began to drip into the house around our ac vent in the ceiling. Roof Smart had installed our standing seam metal roof in 2017 so they of course were my first call. I was happy that someone would come by to evaluate the problem the next morning. I have had a great experience working with roof smart. I had a metal roof done by them in 2013 and have never had issues with leaking or any major problems. Yesterday I noticed a few of the screws looked like they were coming out a bit so I called them to come out and look at it. In less than 24 hours from when I called, Frank Konners came and went on my roof and tightened up about 20 screws for me at no charge. Marc the Salesperson/estimator voted my house within two days. I briefly explained what I wanted (new facia and gutters). He surveyed the house and came up with two proposals, one for the facia and one for the gutters and down pipes). He drew up a sketch of his proposals and explained what would be done. We strongly recommend Roof Smart for your roof repair or replacement. There inspection was complete, looking ant both the outside and the inside. They found the points of our leaks, helped tarp the area, and scheduled the repair quickly. There price was fair and better than other estimates in had received. The process was quick, they handled all the permits, removed the old roof and replaced it quickly. The replaced all the flashing, and even the old skylight lens (the root cause of my leaks).
