We strongly recommend Roof Smart for your roof repair or replacement. There inspection was complete, looking ant both the outside and the inside. They found the points of our leaks, helped tarp the area, and scheduled the repair quickly. There price was fair and better than other estimates in had received. The process was quick, they handled all the permits, removed the old roof and replaced it quickly. The replaced all the flashing, and even the old skylight lens (the root cause of my leaks).
