Negligent slate roof installation resulting in significant damage to house. Company does not deny the improper installation BUT refuses to compensate for the costly repairs after initially stating it would. This dispute has been ongoing since 11 October 2020. The Company now ignores my correspondence and telephone calls. I now have to take legal action to recover damages from this company’s negligent installation of my slate roof. Beware of using this company.
