DO NOT USE THEM. The roofers are excellent but the actual company and the "sales" people are a total scam. Drake swore up and down that he would get us a new roof and siding. We were approved for the roof but insurance gave some push-back on the siding. He continued to GUARANTEE "we WILL get you new siding, it'll just take some time". Once the roof was done, all communication ended. He will not respond to us at all. Fantastic and quick communication. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and at a very fair price.
Alien roofing was great to work with. Kenny helped make the process extremely smooth and helped worked with my insurance company due to wind damage. Highly recommend!!
Alien Roofing did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and I could barely tell they were even there afterwards. Worked with the owner directly (Mike Lybrook) who was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained why I was having leaking issues when other places couldn't. My neighbor actually commented on how good the roof looked after it was done.
