I contacted Roofer Revivers in December of last year to come fix a leak in my metal roof. $1500 And six months later after numerous visits, my roof is still leaking. I have made several attempts to call the office and speak to the owner and have left messages without a return phone call. The salesman would always call us back and say he’s sending someone out and then tell us nothing‘s wrong and they can’t figure out why it’s leaking.. Andrew and Heather were phenomenal! Andrew worked with us during a time where we had some storm damage along with some wear on the roof. He helped us with the Insurance Claim and explained to us what everything meant and how it worked. They completed the job really fast with an entire replacement. We now have a roof we can trust and they will last a long time with the warranty. These guys are great !!

I had high hopes for Revivers since they came reccommended from some local businesses, but their follow-up is non-existent. After an initial inspection by Gene, I was told he would be back with the boss for a second look. That never happened. I have called Gene and left messages with the office to schedule a follow-up, yet I haven’t received a single return call or email. It’s been over a month of radio silence.
