Just heard these guys on the radio and their claims of guarantees just pissed me off all over again. Mark Franklin's guarantees are crap. Roof installed by them years ago had leaks, after asking them to come and find out what was wrong they showed up and gave me an estimate to fix. Then Mark proceeded to ghost me. Mark Franklin's voice mail was always full so you couldn't leave a message. I tried texting and calling for months. Last summer, we needed a new roof on our old house before the sale could be finalized. We received a same day bid with a great price. Service was prompt and they did a great job. They covered my rose bushes and other flowers to ensure they were unharmed in the process. 10/10 recommend!
