James fixed a loose pvc stack vent pipe on my flat roof, installed a new rubber boot, and sealed everything. Excellent work, great communication. I can recommend Roof Repair PHD and James to anyone who needs flat roof repair.
This team is one of the nicest and most honest groups around. They visited my house for what I suspected was a roof leak when it turned out to be an interior water leak near an exterior wall. They took the time to discuss the roof and, when it was discovered it wasn’t the roof, offered suggestions on what the root cause was. I recommend this team for those honesty and professionalism.
