Called roof repair hero for a leak on my roof. Joe stopped by in few hours to provide a quote and explained clearly why the issue existed and what was missing on my roof that caused this leak. He explained the situation clearly and was willing to fix the situation the next weekday. Because of his clear and concise explanation I did not even bother to call any other roofers for quotes. Joe was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything, was thorough, and efficient. Joe was the only company that called me back after multiple calls to numerous contractors. Apparently not calling customers back is popular these days. Again, that was not Joe. He called me back within minutes of my request. Spirit Contractors replaced the roof on my house. They were very professional and did good quality work. I would recommend them to repair or replace your roof.
