Purchased roof rack and storage box back in July 2025, expert advice. Traded my car in Feb 2026 and misplaced keys for rack, the team were fantastic in assisting me. Gave me keys to take to dealership to try and then supplied key. Always great service and would recommend if looking for racks etc, visit these guys in Burwood store.

Do not use this organisation! I would give them less than one star if I could.Parramatta Jaguar had them fit a Hayman Reese towbar to my new Jaguar F Pace. As the Hayman Reese Jaguar F Pace wiring harness is not compatible with the latest model F Pace they used a generic wiring harness from Hayman Reese which is also not compatible. Jaguar has a compatable wiring harness which they should have used.
