We were very pleased with the service we received from Roof Pros. To begin with, the ladies in the office who set up our meeting with Chris were very polite and friendly. Chris was a pleasure to work with - friendly, polite, respectful, patient, responsive. Through the whole process even after the roof was completed. The roofing team were on location promptly at 7:00 a.m. and worked hard all day long until the last man left around 6:00 p.m., the foreman. Roofing is expensive, something you hope to only do once, and unless you are experienced, can be a total pain trying to wade through mountains of confusing and sometimes contradictory information, pressure sales, and a disturbing lack of substantive/quality information.
