Everything started off fine. 2 months later when I FINALLY got my roof it failed inspection twice. I have since paid them, yet I have a lien on my house. From both where they bought shingles, and some of the guys who did work on my house. I have called their office and left several messages and have yet to hear from them. DO NOT USE ROOF PRO. NOTHING ABOUT THEM IS PRO.
The one star is only due to having to pick something. Either this company purposely underbid or have absolutely no knowledge in the roofing business. Quoted a price on the roof, but had no idea what the local city's rules and regulations were for roofs. Put a new roof on, then found out by the inspectors that a half roof wasn't installed, so the entire NEW roof had to be removed. I to am in the same boat as the two previous reviews.We are fighting the lien on our house. Wef paid our bill in full to Roof Pro. They will not return our calls. I went to there office and they were not there on a Friday in the middle of the day. Stay away from Roof Pro or the owner.
I am in the same boat as a previous person who reviewed them - I now have a lien on my house because Roof Pro failed to pay them even though I paid Roof Pro. Additionally, the job started a month after they said it would and now they won't return my calls about the lien! Stay away from Roof Pro - BIG RED FLAGS!!!
Working with Roof Pro has been a horrible experience and I would give them negative stars if I could. Our week long project took over three months to complete. Workers never showed up on said day, customer service was worthless, they demanded final payment before our project was completed and work was poorly done. Currently, there is a lien pending on my property because Roof Pro failed to pay the roofing subcontractor. Stay away from Rood Pro.
I had a insurance claim for damage to my roof from last year. The insurance company said there was only wear and tear but I knew they were wrong. (most of my neighbors got new roofs for hail damage) The roofer I had before didn't show up to meet the insurance company. One of my neighbors told me to call Roof Pro. Steve handled my claim and ended up getting the roof approved by my insurance company. The installation cres did a great job and I have referred other people to Roof Pro. Call these guys if you want a real pro. Dave
