This is the second roof Alan and his crew have done for us. The first was many years ago when he was just starting out- he is fair, easy to communicate with, honest, does quality work quickly, his crews on both jobs were easy going/professional/and quite honestly fun to have around. Their estimate was on the lower end - so I was worried it may wiggle - Even with some things he needed to work around- my estimate didn’t change. He consulted me along the way. I would trust them to work on any of my buildings or homes.
Probably a good enough contracting company otherwise, but I just witnessed a worker ranting like a maniac to a cashier. Very unprofessional and very rude.
WOW!!! Alan Gingrich is so amazing and responsive. We had a tornado hit our commercial building and still last night. There was a lot of damage garage doors ripped off the building, etc. We had no idea what the roof look like since it was a flat top roof. Allen talk to me at 3 AM and assured me he’d be out in the morning which he was. He got up on our roof and inspected it. His mannerisms and clear business skills are refreshing.
