Not going to lie Roof One was not my first call but they are from now on. They are the most kind Professional people you will ever meet and work with whenever there was a problem with the claim they were on it with in minutes. They are the people to call when there is a roof issue.

They left a solicitation (aka trash, litter) on my porch despite 3 clearly posted no soliciting signs.
Carrie & Joseph at Roof one were in our neighborhood after a recent hail storm. They came to our house and asked if anyone had looked at our roof from the storm. We said no, and they asked if they could take a look. We said yes. They said we had hail/wind damage. Carrie called the insurance company, and we turned a claim in. The insurance sent out an adjuster and determined we did not have hail/wind damage and that it was normal wear & tear. So we turned in a claim that was not paid out. Marcus was a gentleman and saw the project through perfectly. The crew who did the roof were amazing. Neighbors tell me how good the roof looks. Great job by Marcus and roof one.
