Creative cocktails in a sophisticated, trendy place that is perched high above Chicago. It offers great service a nice menu, and spectacular views. The ROOF on theWit is the place to be.

The company made all the difference. Nice place. Was with an alumni group so great conversation, a little networking and some Dom is always a great time.

This place has horrible management. It's a joke. We were told we couldn't enter because we were wearing white shoes. Then a group of older white men (over 50) walked right in, all of them wearing old muddy gym shoes and dad jeans.

Probably one of the most racist establishments I've been to. Will never go back here again. They were blatantly racist. I'm from NYC and was there on business. The group I was with was very respectful and minding our own business, we spent a significant amount of money on food and drinks. They then try to force us to move from the table even though we had a tab open. The bartender then talks down to us with snide remarks. Will never go back here again. #theracistwit

Very poor experience. First the host disappeared and we were among three couples waiting to be seated for almost 20 minutes (and we all had reservations). Then he decides to have all of us follow him to seat us at the same time (tacky). First stop he motions to us to our table and it was filthy. He seemed surprised that we didn't want to sit there. Drinks were small but good, but overpriced. The food was AWFUL. This is NOT a place to have dinner and should not be called a restaurant by any stretch of the imagination. The Lam... read more

I always wanted to go here. Finally went while waiting to see the Lewis Black show. The place is beautiful and gets lots of natural light. The table where we sat was concrete, with lights embedded in them. The views were spectacular, and I can imagine what it looks like after dark. I am also curious as to how the place looks when the summer hits.

My experience was not good, I asked if there was an outdoor bar I was told there was but when I got up it was closed, I was constantly asked to show my wrist band by various members of staff, I was asked for my room number and name even though I said I was paying cash, the cocktail I ordered was not good ( daiquiri) very disappointing, nor made to feel welcome at all despite staying at the hotel !
