Staff was not very friendly and basically pointed us to a corner . There were tables reserved for people that were not due to arrive for a couple hours. Once my wife questioned all the empty seats we were allowed to sit down until those folks arrived at 7:00. When we left at 7:30 those people were still not there. How much Revenue are you missing out by treating your guest like this?

My boyfriend and I were guests in the hotel and checked this out our first night. Andrea, our waitress, was friendly and knowledgeable of different cocktails we might enjoy. The next day we went back up during happy hour. The atmosphere was relaxed and our different waitress was great. Andrea, from the night before, was working again and came over to chat for a bit. Amazing atmosphere and attention to detail was obvious. Top notch music paired with food that was out of this world. Couldn’t recommend ROOF enough and I would gladly make a return.

Worst customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel if you’re thinking about booking a rooftop party. My cousin just spent thousands of dollars at this hotel and had a discounted rate for parking as a result. They refused to honor that which was fine. This was only mildly upsetting for us. There was however a manager of security that night that seemingly loved having a position of authority and screamed at my husband for questioning the reason for the change in parking policy.
