The shingles on my roof are around 15 years old. I have a large (5000+ sq ft roof) and was dreading replacing it because of the cost. I was digging handfuls of grit out of the gutters after every rain so I expected the worst. They inspected my roof and rather than trying to up-sell me on roof replacement they treated my roof for a reasonable price.
