I bought a fixer up with the intent to fix and sell, the inspection revealed that there was only a few years left on my shingles and that in order to resell, I'd most likely end up having to replace the roof. New 6” gutters and guards were installed last November. The father and sons team was pleasant, knowledgeable and cleaned up well. The corner in front of front door leaks; called gutter team in January and finally Benchmark in April to report. Sadly there has been no response.
