Was visited by Jeff initially who described the services. I had previously thought about it as my roof was 19 years old. After setting a meeting with Joe I was given a proposal. Negotiated proposal with Oscar and proceeded with the project. Amed and Hector came out and were amazing! Cleared all gutters and fixed and battened down all flashings and finally applied the spray. Roof looks like new! Very happy with results. Arnie came out to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. Great team to work with!
We had three triplex buildings we were thinking about reroofing, but instead decided to check into Roof Max. I called and spoke to Arnie. He sent out one of his guys to do an inspection. They got back to me right away and said that the roof was not in bad shape. He said they could do a tune up and spray the shingles with Roof Max material that would extend the roof life another five to ten years. He gave us a price which seem to be fair. Terrible experience with this roofing contractor. They did not deliver what was promised. Project took much longer than agreed. Quality of work was below expectations. Communication was very poor throughout. Had to call multiple times for updates. Roof issues remained unresolved. Felt like a waste of money. Very unprofessional team overall. I regret hiring this service.
