He responded quickly to my request for a quote. He even temporarily patched the roof - regardless of whether or not I was going to choose his service. He wanted to be sure to secure the roof until I was able to go through the insurance company and then choose the best option. If the temporary patch didn't convince me, his willingness to give me the best roof and at the same time being cost-conscious was definitely what won me over.
