Howard came out to give an estimate for a skylight replacement - they are Velux dealers and we wanted one of the skylights that opens plus this one is leaking. He was very nice and made small talk, etc, but after emailing both him & the office mgr multiple times we never heard anything back - seems they don't need/want the work. I'll be letting Velux know as well to see if we can get another one of their dealers to come.
The owners are good people, they're definitely willing to put in the work to meet their clients needs. They've been in business for awhile now and I think there's a good reason for that.
Never returned my phone call for an estimate. Went with another company
