They make fun of almost every customer, including one guy whose name is Cecil Pigg, a Forman named Edwin said he stunk and looked like somebody off the movie Deliverance. Some of their materials customers pay for 26 gage which is strong but more expensive but they get sent 29 gage which is cheaper material and priced but hard to tell the difference. The employees work for incentive but are lied to at the end of each quarter so the mcnees can get a new truck and the preacher can steal more hours from the company
