Working with Roof Link was great from start to finish! You can tell they really care about doing a quality job and aren't just out to make a quick buck. Alex was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. We had our roof replaced by Roof Link in the fall after a hail storm swept through our neighborhood in the summer. Kendall did a great job with communication and helping us navigate the insurance process, as well as was understanding while we waited for the final payout from insurance before we made our final payment. The crew themselves did a great job, and the roof looks great. They also did a great job with cleanup, making sure nothing fell into ours and neighbors yards.
Kendall with the Roof Link was great to work with. We needed a full roof replacement following a hail storm that occurred in 2023. Kendall helped us select the best product for the project and took the time to meet with us to understand what was most important to us regarding the project.
