I have tried to work with these folks for a year and a half with no solution to get this resolved. Jonathan Keating acted like he cared about my punch list item that still needs fixed. I have emailed and called, and it still not fixed. Where my eaves meets the soffit had a big gap after they replaced my roof. When EJ (the Project Manager) and I walked the house before job completion, is when we noticed it. He pointed it out to the workers and they Closed the gap by hitting it with a hammer.
