Hired roof hub to replace an aging roof with leaks at a new house I bought. The actual work was of high quality and fast. My only 2 issues were: 1)They were supposed to install an attic vent the first time they came around. They did not. But once I called them about the mistake they had made, they installed one promptly and it has been working well. 2) I had originally called about the leaks but I was also perfectly clear that I wanted the roof replaced to deal with moldy wooden planks. Roof Hub built a roof deck for us at 24 Marlborough St. in Boston's Back Bay and, at the same time, took care of some minor unrelated interior repairs that we had not been able to find anyone else to do. Taylor Furguson was our point of contact. They are amazingly responsive, professional, and cost-effective; a refreshing experience in a world of unpredictable, late, overpriced, and sometimes mediocre service providers.
