We bought a home and they replaced the roof right before we moved in. Initially, the roof looked great, but nails were left all over our yard, aswell as cigarette buds. We were happy with the roof but not 100% happy with the professionalism. HOWEVER, today I realized our attic was FULL of debris from replacing the roof. Been texting with the owner for a month on them coming back to reattach the gutters they disconnected when they replaced the roof. Kwon told me it wasn't his problem and then tried to charge me for them to come finish the job they should have completed to begin with. In addition, it took them 3 days to do my roof... very disappointing
Yeah River Les was one of the best roofers I ever had and they got in and got it done did a hell of a job and I'll call him back any day anytime I recommend them to anybody who's got a roof or need a roof done they're the best
Bought this house 2019 when they put the roof on new. First time home buying I had no idea what to look for. Home inspection went fine. When we had the crazy storms that we had the past month I’ve had a leak coming from my bay window reached out to the owner he told me to text him I did and got “ok” in return. Roofer showed up and sent a picture telling me I need my chimney fixed and left, didn't bother calling me and looking my issue that I described to him over the phone. Will not being using this company again.
