One of their drivers almost hit my dog and me today. We were stepping out on to the crosswalk(that has clear signage to yield to pedestrians as it’s a trail crossing) and she never even slowed down. She was looking at her phone. She was driving too fast to get a plate but this happened around 5:50pm in Carrollton. I called to file a complaint, but they have an extremely creepy and weird AI bot with a European accent taking phone calls.
