If you are a vendor, business development or anyone else who needs transparency, good communication - oh and to actually be paid. I would look elsewhere. Poor communication, no follow through on paying. Unfortunately we have heard the same message from multiple vendors now. This is as of 12-1-25. Be aware if your roofer/GC doesn't pay the subs, they will put a lien on your property - at no fault of your own.

I’m sharing this based on my direct experience working with this company. I want others to be aware before they get caught in the same situation. In my time here, I witnessed repeated patterns that I believe are deeply unethical. Workers and subcontractors were left unpaid for completed jobs, while homeowners trusted the company to do the right thing after their insurance claims were processed.
