Amazing job or snow removal on my roof
They did an amazing job on snow removal they made sure that the roof was taken care of with no damage. I'd call them again when I need the ice damn and snow removed.
One of their trucks hit my car and drove off. The owner assured me he'd make it right. I believed him. Then my attempts at contact were ignored multiple times. Needless to say, I wouldn't trust this company with my property.
Had a new roof installed in January of this year. They were awesome and the price was great. Fast forward to about 3 months ago. I am having some issues with some shingles lifting and the drip edging lifting off the house. Every time I called I was told some was going to come and fix the issues. I sent pictures to them and everything. When no one showed I called again and was told that the person I was dealing with was no longer there and they would now fix the issues for me. I called about a roof repair, and the person who took my call took my information down and stated I would get a call back within half an hour. Several hours passed and I called again, and talked to a different person who apologized and said I would be getting a call shortly. It's now several days later and I haven't been contacted. I got someone more reliable to do my repair. I'm not sure how they run a business on ignoring customers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
