Lesley and Josh immediately took care of me as soon as I reached out to them. The call back was in a timely manner and both of them took my issue and concerns into consideration and put me first. The professionalism and customer service was nothing but phenomenal. The situation was horrible, but speaking with them, getting the feedback provide, and how they understood me as customer , I’m not disappointed at all.

I don’t know if I would trust a company like this when you have one of their trucks trying to chase you down i40 for no reason. do better. going over 100mph is unnecessary in a truck that big full of equipment. it happened today 5/16/26 and he was heading towards Memphis. maybe don’t drive erratic in a company truck ?

Hope the employees roof better than they drive, specifically whomever it was driving westbound on I-40 through Knoxville on Wednesday May 14th. If I wanted someone tailgating me that much, I would go to a football game

Tell your drivers to pay attention and follow road signs. Some idiot almost hit my daughter and I at the intersection on Murfreesboro road in Franklin! His sign specifically says “no turn on red”, and guess what he did, he turned and almost hit us. Then sped away as fast as he could. Wreck-less!!!!

Lauree is a class act! You can tell she's relationally invested in the business and was a transparent advocate when I was struggling to get a quote for repairs approved. She offered to provide additional insight to support the proposal and was patient during the approval process. She's a pleasure to work with!
