Roof Doctors did an excellent job replacing the roof on my commercial property. Matt was especially great to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and guided me through the entire process. Took almost a year to get approval for insurance claim due to their disorganization. They came out three times for pics and submitted additional claims. First Paperwork was for roof and got that approved right away. Then they say my carport could be claimed. Took a couple weeks for them to take pics then a few weeks before they submitted the paper to insurance. Then they find out I need new brackets, come later take pics and took a couple weeks to submit that to insurance. They get approval but did not put the privacy slots ... read more
