Hands-down this is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They’re just a “face”, the subcontract the jobs then take no responsibility when there is a problem. The people they hire are fly by night roofers that have little to no idea of how to put a roof on. The roofing company lied about what products they were using to replace the roof, they don’t return calls, charge you crazy amount of money only to find out at the time of payment they don’t take credit cards. I had Roof Doctors out to fix the same roof leak three times. My roof still leaked. To top it off, they waited 5 months to cash the check. A heads up would have been nice prior to presenting the check. Be aware, you will be charged $247.00 whether they fix your leak or not. Although they gave me a decent estimate for a new roof, I had my roof replaced, NOT by Roof Doctors.
Pete was prompt to return our initial call and came by to give us an estimate within a day. He returned within a week to do the job. He is very professional, skilled and courteous. The office was also very helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries. The work area was left clean and tidy. We highly recommend Pete and Roof Doctors.
Not impressed... Never called back after coming out. It was an easy fix. it was an old man that came out I don't even know if he can get up on a ladder. Definitely won't have him work on my house
