Talked to him about a roof repair and set up a date for him to come out and give a bid for the repair , the day he was to come out he calls me and says he doesn't want to come out unless I tell him I will hire him, them he says if I am not sure I will hire him he asks me to pay him $20 for his gas to drive over and give me a bid! Unbelievable!!!
