Very prompt and courteous. Able to explain what is needed. Great experience.
This is the worst company. I can't trust them. I had urgent water leaking on the roof and made appointment on Friday morning. All of certain, they rescheduled to next week to do other work. But it is forecasted to rain from Friday evening and weekends. My roof leaking is pretty bad and ruining several spots already and kitchen ceiling ia already started to sag. To not use this company
The Okanagan Jewish Community Centre thanks Howard and his staff at Roof Doctor for their work on our building. They replaced the shingle roof, the flat torch roof and all the gutters. Howard is very good at his job and communicating with him on the phone was very easy.
