Our family recently hired Jarod & Roof Dawgs to fix my grandmother's roof after it was damaged by a storm, which resulted in a leak. Not only did they do an incredible job with the roof, Jarod was extremely professional and his entire crew worked quickly to stop the leak. Roof Dawgs replaced our shingles, but they mismatched the colors terribly.When I raised concerns, the manager was dismissive and rude.I paid for premium materials but received subpar work.Communication was poor throughout the process.Not a trustworthy company.
