HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We live in a 1930s bungalow in Five Points near downtown Raleigh that has an addition that was done sometime in the 70s. The drywall ceiling in that room developed mold growth due to poor ventilation and we took the ceiling down as a first step towards remediation.
