We are a tenant in our building(s) in Sparks, NV and the metal roof on the warehouse was leaking / showing signs of its age and possibly needing replacement. The owner of our buildings wasn't excited about the cost of replacing the roof and we weren't excited about the disruption to our operations while a new roof was to be installed... I don’t have a good review of Roof Crafters. They worked on my roof on May 13. When I asked them if I should pay them when finished, he indicated they would bill me. When the bill was emailed to me, I paid it and saw the check was cashed. A couple of weeks later I got a notice they might put a lien on my house for nonpayment. I called and wrote an email. When I spoke to Alex, the salesman, he said they have no record of my payment and he would get back to me. They didn’t call but I called them. Seems the mistake was on their... read more
