After getting 5 quotes it became clear that Alex and Roof Crafters we’re going to be in the best position to install a complicated flat roof section of our home, and address all the complicated cutouts we had through the roof around vents and chimneys. I had a concrete tile roof that was 40 years old that developed a leak. It would be almost as expensive to repair the leak as to get a new roof. Alex from Roof Crafters gave me a bid which I accepted after getting two other bids. I replaced the tile roof with an asphalt shingle roof (Owens Corning Duration Max) with a 10 year manufacturers workmanship warranty. I also had Owens Corning ice and water shield installed. We had a great experience with roof crafters. They were professional, timely, and efficient. We would highly recommend.
I’m confused about how this business has so many great reviews. I scheduled a roof inspection with Alex, which was rescheduled due to snow - understandable. However, on the rescheduled day, today, I took time off work to meet him, and he showed up an hour early while I was still at work. He then left a message saying he looked at the roof and believed I needed a new one, and to call if I had any questions.
