Wish I could give zero stars. Receptionist (who claimed to be the owners wife and refused to give her name) hung up the phone the first time when I called to get a quote. I called back and she was extremely rude when I was asking for help. When I asked for an email she told me ‘I didn’t need it’, I asked to speak to Ron (president of the company) and she told me I ‘didn’t need to talk to him’ and when I asked for her name she said ‘what does it matter to you?’ I asked her if her boss knows she speaks to customers in such a w... read more
