We had Chad come out to look at a leak around one of our windows. He was very thorough and explained everything well. Will definitely use roof commander again in the future.
Chad is great. We had a small leak that was urgent to us, we didn't want to see it get worse and worse over time. He was honest and forthright on the phone right from the start about when he could come up, but actually found a window the same day and was at our home in ~30 after I called. Leak needed more work to fully repair. Chad patched us up (overpatched, to the great relief of my anxiety about these things!) Showed us pictures of the before and the fix, all looked good. Chad was very responsive and detailed with his estimate of our roof damage. He was super knowledgeable and took great pics for evidence. He works directly with your insurance adjuster and knows a lot about insurance claims. Highly recommend!
