Called. Lady took my info and said someone would contact me. No one did and the guy just showed up at the door with no call. Proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be able to come out till after fall but would do a temp fix. "I'll get back to you with an estimate, on both" Never did. Guy was nice but again another contractor that could not be bothered. God forbid you treat people with a little more respect. I ended up giving the job to another company Quality Contractors.
