I interviewed many roofing companies before contracting with ***** at Roof-Check. He was very responsive to providing a quote within a day. He was able to provide a contract that would begin work in August and he met all scheduled commitments. Such a pleasure to have a company deliver on their promises!The installers worked very hard in extreme heat to break down the old roof and reroof. Hail Damage Repair Unfortunately we've been in the path of several hail storms over the past few years. Not only have they repaired the damage and worked with the insurance company but they unclogged our gutter!

Don't let it happen to you I had a roof done by roof check. I had the first new roof in my sub division. Soon after install we had a strong wind storm, I was thinking I got my new roof just in time. I cam home from work expecting to see tiles in the street, and I did. I was then hit between the eyes because the tiles were mine. My new roof had a blow off and the 15 year old homes had no problems. Oh will I have a 25 year warranty, think again bucko, once the have your 10-11000.00 your on your own. Amazing customer service! We noticed leaks in our living and dining room Christmas week. We called Roof Check and they had someone out to look at the problem the next day. The technician that came out was very professional and explained to us exactly where the leaks were coming from and even showed us pictures of the problem. The work was done in the time frame they told us and for the amount we were quoted. I will recommend this company again.

Poor Workmanship and Customer Service I had a leaking exhaust fan in a bathroom. We called this company and someone was sent out to look at it. He told us to fix the problem we needed new flashing. He said the majority of the flashing on the roof was shot and we should switch it all out. We did what he suggested and paid the $250 charge. The next time it rained water dripped through the fan into the bathroom again. We called the company and they send someone back out. He informed us it would be $200 to fix the problem. Terrible Company They did a bad install (confirmed by 4 other roofers...including one of their own). This wasn't discovered until issues began out of warranty. They didn't even connect the tiles to the roof (either through nails or glue). I obtained new tiles and asked them to reinstall a few of them...very little work. They claimed their install was good (even after their own roofer confirmed it wasn't). No recourse, no willingness to work with me. I would not recommend this company.
