This place is the worst, if I could get the shit I need from this store anywhere else in this city I would and I would pay more for it too, it’s like I’m interrupting someone’s personal time when I walk in their to do business, and it’s not like I’m spending a couple hundred dollars I’m spending thousands and it’s like I’ve offended someone every time I come in and interrupt their personal conversations
Besides the friendly chipper staff, cleanest washroom in the city. If you need to drop a loaf Id highly recommend taking a seat.

My experience with Max Waterfield at Roof Centre was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction, making what should have been a simple customer service experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning to Roof Centre and cannot recommend them to others.
Great experience today buying materials for my reno. Great selection of product and the sales staff was incredibly helpful. Thanks!
