My experience with Max Waterfield at Roof Centre was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction, making what should have been a simple customer service experience unnecessarily frustrating. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Because of the way I was treated, I will not be returning to Roof Centre and cannot recommend them to others.
