Excellent customer service provided by the crew members Tristan and Albert ! They answered all of my insurance claim questions and stayed in great communication before ,during ,& after the completion of my roof repair ! I Highly recommend Roof 1construction for all of your roofing needs.
Roof1 did an AMAZING job on my roof. Scott was super easy to work with, responsive, and detailed not only in the paperwork, but also executing on the agreement. We are VERY SATISFIED with the EXCELLENT job done. On roofing day he said he'd have the crew there by 7:00am --- they showed up early. Crew was dedicated speedy, thorough, and even repaired 4x4 pieces of my 10 year old roof that I didn't know had some rot -- no extra charge. Can't say enough good things about Brandon, and Roof1 Construction, my Insurance took a really long time to process my claims but Brandon stayed and walked me through the process and was patient the whole time. He is one professional dude! Amazing work, love my roof, it's an answer to prayer to be honest! Thank you Brandon and thank you Roof1!
