Dr.Shammas showed compassion and care for both myself and my husband.

Great doc and staff. Always clear on plan.
Arrogant. Rude. Acted as if my being there was a waste of his time, yet sent me home with a heart monitor. He works for Vidant medial who promotes their values as compassion and education. No evidence of either of those in this experience with him. I have zero understanding of exactly what it means to have bradycardia as he stated during my visit. I considered walking out of the appointment without treatment and if it had not been for his incredibly patient, kind nurse Gena, I likely would have.
I have already written two full reviews and still getting messages to confirm my review. Don’t see anywhere I can confirm but it asks me to write a review. I’m not going to write another review.
Goes by the book. Explains well. Doesn’t not do or recommend unneeded procedures
