They destroyed the bead when taking off a tire I was planning on keeping as a spare then as I was leaving I heard a thump under truck. They had left the jack there. Not the best experience
They employees may need more training. Got brand new tires put on yesterday. Called because they weren't balanced correctly. Went back today.. they said I was all good. felt like my tires were gonna fall off. Stopped by my mechanic, too many weights. Pay attention to their work.
purchased my tires from Ron's 3 years ago.. still plenty of wear in them today , I travel quite a bit. Great customer service..
Called last week and was told what tires my car needed and that they had them, was even given price. Called today to recheck on availability and “I have to have the size of your tire” explained I don’t have that available and wanted to make an appointment for next week. “We don’t make appointments and the size of your tire is on the side wall.” Bye!!!

Not honoring their guarantee on all my tires. Says he'll only replace one tire and that they can't guarantee they will hold air! They are used tires clearly the treads may not be perfect but I assure the one thing I expected was for them to hold air.
