Well i called the one in Winchester but went to the inwood store, the guy running the place helped me clear up the confusion an gave me the hook up the other store promised! He took excellent care of us an helped keep my ride safe for me. 10 out of 10 will always come here. Thanks Caylin! Your the man!
This place is awesome. Caylin let us know about issues with our tires that we didn't even know we had, he saved us from a possibly very bad wreck. Gave us a wonderful deal on all 4 tires and let us hang out in their cozy waiting room with drinks and even a Keurig coffee maker. Very friendly service and Caylin made sure we were comfortable for our suprisingly not very long wait for 4 tires getting replaced. We will definitely be coming back to them for as long as they're around!!
I have been in need of tires for a while. I messaged Ron's used tires and received an immediate response back. If you're like me, used tires was a foreign concept, but they also have new tires in many brands. I purchased 4 new tires, but the "used" looked like new, so don't let the name fool ya. best prices, best service and most knowledgeable team in town. i called Ron's one day about a particular tire and told them the make of my vehicle and the tire size, and i explained what it was doing. he knew exactly the brand i was talking about prior to me even looking to see what it was. these guys know their stuff and will make you a feel welcome and taken care of. never will my family or i buy another tire anywhere else. even more happy they are closer to us now! welcome to WV guys!
