Purchased used tires in December of 2017 - within a week I was back with a leak in one of the tires. At the onset of the purchase was shown four Pirelli tires in great condition; to my disappointment and unbeknownst to me, I received non-matching (not Pirelli) tires in less than ideal condition. I’ve since been back twice due to low tire pressure. You know I try to patronize the local businesses, and have stayed away from Ron's for State inspections just due to the word of mouth reputation. My daughter took her car in for state inspection. They flagged her for a couple things which we took care of. She went in for re-inspection, they red flagged her for three more items previously unmentioned. Let me tell you a story of a horrible company. Ron's in Culpeper has horrible service, and their management is just as bad. They were scheduled to tow our car from a shop to our house first thing in the morning. This was scheduled by our insurance, so we had no communication with the tow service. Insurance told us to expect the car in the morning. A few hours into the morning, still no car. Finally, we received a call from a Ron's driver saying they couldn't tow it unless we were there. I do not recommend Ron Tires service if you have sensor in your tires. I purchased a set of tires July 27, 2014 and the tire light was not on when I went in and ever since my tire light has been on. Have been to the Culpepper show 4 times to get it fixed, I was even told the tires aren’t leaking don’t worry about the light. So I will not go to Ron’s Tires every again to have them put tires on my vehicles. Now I have to take my vehicle to someone else to have new sensor put on.
