Sean, the manager, helped me out with my tire, which had a bolt in it. Very friendly and welcoming. Had a tire put on about a month ago also went really well great service over all!
The entire staff was professional and very accommodating. I called one day, had an appointment the next day, and my tire was repaired and I was out the door within an hour of arrival. Great service, many thanks, especially to Louis the assistant manager and Chris the tech who repaired my tire.
This location serviced three of our vehicles with which we were pleased with. The employees were professional and helpful in assisting us with our needs.
Very disappointing experience. I brought my car here for a state inspection, and it failed because of an issue that needed to be addressed. What was most frustrating was that they refused to fix the problem or even help me resolve it. If you are going to take someone’s money for an inspection, you should at least be willing to explain the problem and provide a solution. I expected much better customer service and professionalism. I definitely do not recommend this place.
