Sean and crew were great! Professional bunch of guys, that worked well together. Everyone was friendly! We went there to get tires for my pickup. Sean worked us in late on a friday; tires installed, truck inspected, and had us on our way! Even though we live in locust grove, Culpeper NTB will be our repair shop. God bless!
First time trying out this place. Very pleased with customer service and efficiency. They took extra care of my car and I was very pleased with the work performed. Will come back.

The lack of both communication and respect for people’s time is absolutely horrible. I had a scheduled appointment for 12:00. I dropped the car off between 11:50-11:55. I told the employee that I would be waiting at the library in the next shopping center with my three young children. At 2:04, I called as I had not heard any update as to the status of the car. They said they were finishing up an alignment on another car then going to test drive that car before pulling my car into the shop. They said they would have an update... read more
Sean at this location was excellent and helping us fill up the tires with air. We had a difficult time locating any air machines that worked in Culpepper came to NTB just to see if they could help and Sean was very helpful. Thank you so much.
