Customer service is poor as well as cleaning services. My request stated my home needed a DEEP CLEANING. I advised of the rooms and services I was looking for and was provided a price. Easy. However I got a straightening done to my home. I advise of my dissatisfaction with the service and went back and forth with the owner several times. This owner needs customer service training as well as communication training to ensure satisfaction of clients.
