I went here to get a drive belt put on I had the belt and a ignition switch I called them once a week to see if it was ready after all they are supposed to be professional after a month and a half they finally called me back and said it was finished and it was ******they replaced things they weren't supposed to and as soon as I got it home to mow the grass the belt came off again and broke so I called them and they said I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you besides bring it back and pay for us to put it back on I said no t... read more

Mr. Chavis called and told about his drive belt. Said, he was going to bring to shop for us to put on waited all day and he did not show. We explained before leaving at the shop that we have never worked on a Dixie Chopper before, explained he bought two belts from O'Reiley and they must have been the incorrect belt, took the first belt back and purchased another one from them, we explained you can not put automobile belts on mowers. Shop is only open Monday thru Thursday. I arrived about 1030 Tuesday morning and his mother was in the office and said he had not come in yet but she had been expecting him all morning. Dropped my new zero turn off for factory warranty to adjust parking brake which was adjusted so tight you could not set it in the parked position.
