Shout out to Ron's Towing!!! We had a car in the worst possible ditch on Ballaine Road last night, Ron's came out with first one then two trucks and had it back on the road in 20 minutes. Terrific job & customer service, the boss man was even hands on helping his driver out. Impressive work.
Horrible service!!!! Charged me $32 to put a plug in my tire. When I questioned the price Ron screamed at me. I am not from here so I called and checked around and walmart does the exact service for $14.52.
Ron’s Service & Towing dumped my vehicle still in neutral, and unlocked at Sunshine Rae Motors. Someone or multiple persons rifled though the car while it sat there unsecured for two days. I had to file a police report. I also filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and contacted my bank to dispute the charge from Ron’s. I will never use their services again.
RONS TOWING had a tow truck heading south on the Richardson Hwy next to Donnelly Dome on Sunday around 1pm who went passed the posted speed limit.... due to military vehicles crossing and using the hwy. Tried to pass me while a military vehicle was trying directly in front of me. Lisence plate ewm647.
Told them I had a multiple leaks in my car when I got my oil changed. I said the coolant was reported to be brown and a sludge color and the heater just stopped working then my car died while idling. When I went to pick up my car the invoice said "check for oil leaks" and they said there were many so they didn't fix them but they replaced a clamp on my power steering hose.
